Konstantinos Avlonitis was born in Corfu in 1993, and began classical guitar lessons at the age of 7 at the National Conservatory of Corfu. He attended the music high school of Corfu attending classes with different professors, while he did piano and mandolin classes he was also participating in the choir and the school mantle. In 2011 he was introduced to the Department of Computer Science of the National Kapodistrian University of Athens, moved to Athens and continued classical guitar lessons in the class of Michalis Kontaxakis at the Athens Contemporary Conservatory. In January 2018 he received his diploma with excellent unanimity and 1st prize. In addition to his studies at the University and the Conservatory, he has participated in several competitions by awarding several awards with top distinction the 1st Prize at the 1st International Guitar Competition of Paros. Konstantinos has also participated as a guitarist in different forms of modern music as well as in the traditional dance club of Sion, Corfu, and he has appeared at various international festivals both in Greece and in Europe (Spain, Italy, Turkey). Finally, he has attended seminars with eminent professors such as Hubert Käppel, Dejan Ivanovic, Leo Brouwer, Łukasz Kuropaczewski, Duo Melis and many others. From September 2019 he continues his studies in Carlo’s Marchione class in Maastricht.
